Why don't I see an imported DWG plan or image when changing the user view?


With DIALux evo 8.1, light planners have the option of importing DWG plans or image files quickly and easily in order to use them as a basis for planning. In some cases these are not available in all user views if the setting is not correct. Thats why our support team has been asked the following question:
 

Why don't I see an imported DWG plan or image when changing the user view?

 

Please check whether the imported plan is activated in the respective user view.
